Since I quit smoking 5 months ago I have put on approx 10 pounds. I have dieted since I quit smoking and for the last 4 weeks I have been exercising at least 3 times a week. I am not putting any more weight but I need to lsoe about 30 pounds. Also since exercising I have measured and haven't lost any inches either. Please help!!

as janineG has said, stick with it an eventually things will get better. It took me 2 years to get into the shape i am now but by god im glad i stuck with it.
Quite intresting how i lost my weight actually. As a 11 year old i weighed the same that i do know. I simply stabalised my weight at a constant 60-63 kg and thanks to the wonders of puberty i grew to 6ft and am now rather slim!!!
If you want advice on exercises on toning up i am more than happy to take u through a few excellent ones that were of great help to me.
