a friend is getting unwanted attention from someone @ work. they postponed there wedding and this person thinks its because of them. how does the fiancee deal with this pest?

I had the same problem, i got laid off so it ended pretty sharply. Some people just don't understand that no means no, if he/she is one of them people then good luck to your friend.

how can this be resolved without my friend leaving her job? without violence. even though her fiancee would like nothing better to put him in hospital.

the wedding is back on but she was in work yesterday and he tried 2 kiss her/ feel her breasts and bum. she is working cash in hand and cant afford to not work.

Is this her boss? If not, then she needs to report this creep staight away - what he's doing is harrassment.
If it is her boss, then I think I would just leave the job. I know you said you couldn't afford it but what if she took on something temporarily - loads of places are looking for Christmas staff just now - so she could get away from this and earn while she looks for something more permanent.
