Weight loss Program problem
7 Answers
I have a problem with my housemates and co-students at college. I am on a health program before I go away to Australia later this year. I am 172cm and slim, but I want to be slimmer and buffer for being by the pool. I have not been eating much, keeping a food chart and swimming each morning for an hour at least. My friends say they are bored of hearing about it all the time and I don't need to lose weight. I think they should listen to me and be supportive. Who is right? What can I do?

I think you should go see your GP and make sure that you are not going end up underweight.
However, I was unhappy with my wobbly bits and starting going to Body Pump classes five weeks ago (I only go once a week, although I also do yoga and swimming once a week too) and my body shape has changed dramatically, I now have toned my entire body in such a short space of time and feel really good for it. On the scales I have not lost an ounce but am more toned and stronger and I eat whatever I like, although still have a balanced diet.

I have to admit that I have no time for people who obsess about their weight, especially when they have a healthy body that most people would kill for. I actually find that its the slimmer ones who go on and on about it. Its boring for others to listen to. Plus there are bigger and better things in life to concern yourself with.
If you want to lose weight just get on with it. Its not of interest to anybody else.
