virtual office assistant

I put this Q in jobs & education hours ago and it hasn;t been answered. Does anyone know what a virtual office assistant is?

I think it is - A little character that pops up in programs like WORD and asks if you need help. You can then type in a question about using that program and it will give you an answer. You can usually chose a character i.e. a little robot or a little Einstein etc by right clicking in it. It also makes noises when operational. Quite cute but can also be quite annoying, so sooner or later you tend to turn him off. LOL :o)

No its not that. Because i was looking at local jobs and this job was for a virtual office assistant.

Well the one at work is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, blonde hair, abit boss eyed, heavy footed, grumbles alot and rings in on a monday to say she has food poisoning and rings in on a thursday to say she fell down the stairs, i think that is why she qualifies as virtual.
