I'm glad you're smelling it to make sure... anyway, I believe increased sugar content in the urine may be an indicator that your body is not processing sugar properly, perhaps due to diabetes. So if it worries you, best to get it checked out with your doctor.
I must be missing something here - I've never consciously smelled my urine in my life - much less equate it to my food intake! Do I need to stay in more?
Mine does too! But it does sometimes even when Sugar Puff intake has been zero for previous week- what about that then?Not constant so probably not diabetes
The answer is that there is so much sugar in Sugar Puffs, your body gets rid of the excess in the quickest, most convenient way possible.
As a diabetic, I can no longer enjoy my morning sugar fix.
