an aerosol spray that is safe to be sprayed in the face...?

I need something that has an aerosol action but will be safe to spray in someones face?

its supposed to be flyspray but obviously we can't use that for real

obviously water would be best, but anything that isn't going to blind or choke anyone will be fine

any ideas?

I work as a sound operator and we have cans of compressed air for drying things out. A big squirt of air to the face can be shocking but harmless. I don't know where you can buy them, though.
