Computer - Headache

When i go on the computer and play Sims 2, how come after about half hour my head starts hurting??Is there a way to stop this?

Yes, take a break!

It's obviously a strain on your eyes thus giving you a headache.

But now it's starting like 5 minutes after i come on the PC. I need to write up assignments half the time and search things and my headaches are not helping.

have u had an eye test recently focusing on your computer will effect your eye sight

Try turning the brightness down on your monitor, it stopped mine, when I had same problem. :-)

Definately sound like eye strain. Maybe you are too close to the monitor or you need an eye test.

I had an eye test about 2 weeks ago. It might be that i am sitting too close to the screen. I told my Mum and she didn't tell me the reason, she just told me to stay off because apparently computers might be giving off these things whivh can cause cancer when your older?

I doubt it's the memory - My dad deliberately got me a computer with lots of memory..
