Men more happier than women in morning?

Well, I do actually agree, but I reckon men are happier because they wake up in a "happier state" if you know what I mean!! Women aren't as lucky to wake up in such a "feel good" mood. Our duvet is often pointing north in the morning, so it's not surprising! So I guess my question is why do men wake up in this state? and how many men actually do "rise" early?

well let me tell u im a women and iv got up in a foul mood this morning but my bf has woke up happy as larry!!!,
so i would like to see what replys u get then maybe i could try working on it!! xx Morning !! lol

sam did you mean as happy as 'larry' did you get the question? :-) I think alot of blokes wake like that dont they, I'm not exactly sure why they get the morning wood.

it depends on whether the morning glory gets put to use as to whether my hubby is in a good mood or a bad mood ;-)
in answer to your question eyeshade, i think overall its a pretty common state for blokes to wake in, in my experience anyway ! Can't answer why though !

I often go camping in the morning, can't put my Y fronts on till lunchtime, walking round like jake the peg,with my extra leg !!!!

Exactly! 4gtmnot hit it on the head, most blokes wake up in this state and that must be the reason. I'm sure us girls would as well - instead we get prodded with it, or worse!

Yes Big Wooly Y fronts normally Purple with a big orange Y on the front, with my name stitched in the crotch in a lovely shade of green,

Julie, absolutely, who wants Mr Stiffy prodding you in the back at 6:30am, with all those Rapid eye movement spasms taking place in the night, the first thing they should do is get up and make us a cup of tea, freshen the bathroom up with some nice ylang ylang oil, take the dog for a walk, and leave saying "you look beautiful this morning" peck and go! Now that would put me in a good mood.

Depends how big the bed is Jules... Y'know if you're really in rather a large bed and it still wakes you up by prodding then I think that could be interesting... but I have a perverse sense of humour ;0)

eyeshade is that not how you get woken up then i thought that was common practice and the mornin glory comes from needing the loo well it is for me any way coz as soon as ive been its all gone (sorry to much info maybe)
