We've organised a night out for the christmas lights switch on, they've got the cast of Mamma Mia there and the fireworks are always fantastic.
The the christmas markets open which means lots of lovely nights out with my friends drinking gluwein and eating fresh bratwurst in roll and mini pancakes with cream and chocolate sauce while browsing the stalls.
Looking forward to Christmas dos as well :) Then Christmas shopping buying special things for people and seeing some of my family as I don't tend to see any of my family except my mum apart from at Christmas and it's a good time to catch up with old friends from where I come from.
Hoping to meet my brother's girlfriend as well as not seen him for a couple of years and met her.

I love the build up to Christmas, may be my imagination or wishful thinking, but people seem friendlier going about their business/shopping when the towns decorations are up.
