Hotmail problem how can I find out whats wrong?

I have been trying to open my hotmail account all day. It keeps saying I have used the wrong name and/or password.Its my own whole name and a family name as password so I know it isnt wrong. The help section only tells me how to change the password - which I dont really want to do. It is saying now that I have tried too many times to use an incorrect password . I cant use MSM messenger without the password ....aaarrrggghhh.

Ok, so if you tried a couple of times and couldnt the people in hotmail are going to suspend your acc. Now you are going to have to contact them and let them know what is happening. They usually get back to you within 24 hours. If you can provide them with the ac name and correct pw they will let you in. On the page that says you are seeing after your failed log in there is a link to click on and send them the email. Good Luck
