laugh out loud. Attach it to jokes so that people will know you're trying to be funny. Very occasionally it means lots of love.

i use lol when im not actually laughing...more thinking "oh that was midly amusing" but "hahahahahahaha" when i actually laugh....very odd i kno! naz...how would u communicate that youd laughed (say ona site like thi, or in text message) in proper english?
