A member of staff is off sick for 2 weeks and goes on holiday for 4 days. She is off sick with anxiety related things / stress.... My boss would like to give her a warning as he feels agrieved by this. Can he do so in the eyes of employment law or is the staff member protected? Thanks.
Cheers anyway the general answer I've been finding whilst researching is that as long as they are not caught doing something which would contrdict their illness, like running if they were off with a broken leg, then not much can be done.
