ummmmmmmmmmmm there is no right or wrong answer. One opines at leisure.
dad's army ! CLASSIC :-)
Dads army. Bootsie & snudge shaney ? that is going back a bit.
I love Dads Army as well though Ray ! You always get a laugh no matter how many times you have watched them . Your name will also go in zee book !! Don't tell 'em your name Pike !
Stupid Boy .!
I wouldn't like to make a choice on this one, they're equally good......twist my arm and it's Dads' Army.
Dads Army - "you stupid boy"
So many Classic lines In dads army, that one you mention shaney has to be one of the best ever written, so funny.
Both.

I loved the Dad's Army episode with the German UBoat crew ordering fish and chips. I vant my chips crispy, not soggy. Brilliant!

Every Yes Minister was just so clever with great acting and writing. A masterpiece.
Yes Minister if I ahd to choose ( more subtle than Dad's Army, although that was amusing, I loved Wilson and Fraser and particularly the episode where they did "Have ye no heaird the tale of the auld empty barn?").
Yes Minister. Never understood the big deal about the other one.
dads army,"DON'T TELL HIM PIKE"...superb....
Dads Army - no question
Yes Minister was quality, never a fan of Dads Army.
When dad's army was on it was always my bedtime (i was young!!) I loved the music though so my mum always let me stay to march around the living room then straight off to bed when the song had finished!! So for me defo Dad's Army!! Have obviously seen it properly since and it is great!!
Yes Minister of course - how could you forget dialogue like

"There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know."

Neither - they are both 'yawnsville' and quite frankly I would rather watch paint dry. :)
