i need to loose a little bit of wieght and i have just bought the wife (LOL) an exercise machine!!

i am so idle i can only do about 3 minutes on it and i am sh4gged!! but i do this about 3 or 4 times a day!!

is this doing me any good or should i give up now and carry on eating pies!!!

Any exercise is better than no exercise.....You're doing 3 mins...thats ok...next week do 4 mins the week after 5 mins. etc.
