Of course it will pass. Good luck. It is a foul thing to have given your body thus far.
Yes it will stop, just your body adjusting. You are now a non-smoker, never have one again. That is how I did it after smoking for ten years. I think its the only way as cutting down never seems to work.
I'm just coming up to 3 months and had this really badly at first. It's the oxygen getting to your brain instead of carbon monoxide! You'll probably be thirsty too. Just take one day at a time. I've not found it too bad so far and feel so much better about myself. Good luck.
Hey, that's fantastic, well done!!!

You will feel odd at first but it will pass and is nothing compared to giving in and having one. Just think of all the lovely extra oxygen your body is getting :)

When i quit i found making the thought of smoking, smell everything make me feel physically sick, i treated myself to some lovely smelly stuff so celebrate the fact I didn't stink anymore and that i could smell them and some fruity lipsalves.

I went to lovely coffee shops and places i avoided before cos i couldn't smoke in them like Starbucks. I'd take a paper or magazine in and just sit in the warm smoke fre atmosphere and have a lovely drink and some ginger snaps :)

Avoid smoky bars like the plague and people smoking round you when you've had a few drinks.

You can get an inhalator for a quick fix if needed.

Well done :) xxx
I`ve just given up and use the inhalator from nicorette. Its the feeling as though you have a block of wood in your brain that does me in. Best of luck.
Don't be a martyr - use patches! My friend is on them now and she reckons this will be the time she'll manage to give up - after many unsuccessful tries. Good luck it'll be worth it in the end. You'll be much nicer to kiss for a start! (Not that I'd want to kiss you - I'm a girlie too and not that way inclined! but you get my drift......)
