1. I'm healthy
2. I've got three weeks off work/college from fri
3. I've got a loving family and friends
4. First christmas in a few years i'm not skin t.
5. I'm also off work today and am watching 'shaun of the dead'

1,i have a happy healthy family who i love very much and who love me
2,although i dont have much money, i am comfortable and want for nothing
3,i have excellent friends real and cyber
4,i get to spend every day with my 3 year old son so that makes me extremely lucky
5,i have curry for tea, washed doen with a few glasses of red wine! life couldnt be better

1.Am having a good hair day
2.I can experiment while cooking and no one has to know - the last time I ever cook beef
3.Haven't jogged in a month but haven't gained any weight either (and I had choc. cheesecake everyday last week)
4.Expecting a 'surprise' in my mailbox sometime this week
5.Enjoying the winter this year, very sunny, very mild and no snow / ice so far ...
