I should do mine...I've fallen back into some of my old eating disorder ways and am miserable as have taken a load of laxatives and diuretics and missed out on a pre Christmas evening out with friends because of it.

I also seem to be developing a kind of argrophobia about getting out of the house to go to work, I think made worse because there's this charity weightloss thing going on.

It's not as bad as it has been in the past but i'm scared it will escalate.

Feel so miserable, went for a colonic the other night and just taken a load of laxatives and diuretics and nothing :( think i'm getting my tolerence back which is a bad sign.

PS - I want that guy back in my life, he is my soul mate and i cant contact him, feel utterly miserable and not very chrismassy, plus I have money troubles.....my life is not good, everything is going wrong....

I know RQ :( i'm frustrated as hell as i've taken loads (a mixture of about 15 laxatives and diuretics) this evening and they've had no effect whatsoever.

Once weigh in is over tomorrow i'm going to tell them that's it, i'm not doing it anymore, think of a medical excuse they can't query. I lost 7lbs in a week last week so have done my bit and will make a big donation to the charity myself to make up for it.

It's just not worth what it's doing to me and I don't want to risk losing my perspective.

I think i've hidden to much from it, buried it and need to get some professional help. If anything it's made me realise how much i'm not over my eating problems and need to do something about it before it takes me over again.
