I used to be an RAF cadet and loved it and got to do all sorts.
Horseriding is great but can get very very expensive, I was lucky as friends on mine had horses i could ride but lessons and equipment and such really add up.
There are all kinds of dance classes out there and things they can get involved in such as drama clubs or they could work towards something like a Duke of Edinburgh award or Bronze Medallion.
How about some voluntary or charity work which can be fun as well as rewarding. They could help out at a local animal sanctuary, say dog walking at a rescue centre.
