A girls question?

I've got PMT today and have eaten my own weight in Christmas cake, salted nuts and Thorntons choccys - and its only 6pm !!! Fortunately for my husband he is at work today or I would probably be snapping at him as well the poor guy.

Wot do you munch on or do when you have PMT.

Of course the men out that can also answer as I do believe they have their own male version of PMT and of course suffer the wrath of their wives, girlfriends etc!!

when i have pmt i munch on prawn crisps about 4 bags, chocolate and donuts then im mad at myself and take it out on my hubby

Well when ive got PMT its more a case of what dont i eat!!! I tend to just eat everything in sight - sometimes all i feel like doing when i have PMT is snuggling up in bed with some munchies :)
