I stuff it. By that time I'm usually quite stressed with Christmas so ramming the stuffing in has rather a satisfying effect :0)

I'll only suffer that bland cack the day after Boxing Day ... when it's usually a curry, therefore tasting absolutely nothing like turkey ...

Well, no turkey for us this year! The only turkey I really like is our bobthturkey here on AB. In previous years I have stuffed our Christmas turkey, but this year ducks get it as does a goose if I can find a nice fresh one!
