Any tips of how to shed them pounds?! And keep up the will power to keep on with it?!

It's the age-old story - good diet and exercise. Cut out all the garbage, and eat three healthy meals a day - starvation makes you miserable, and it doesn't work! Try a good walk every day - at least a mile, don't stroll, make sure you are breathing quite hard as you go. If you are up to it, stomach crunches show an imprement quite quickly - lie on your back, and brace your feet under a solid object - a setee is ideal. Hands behind your head - sit up, and then lean back until you feel your stomach muscles tighten - about half way to the floor should do it. Sit up, and repeat, in batches of ten, and lower yourself as slowly as possible to the floor on the last one. Start with twenty, and when that feels easier (it won't at first!) tack ten more on, and so on. The encouragement comes with the visible results you will see, but you have to be firm with yourself in the beginning, it's always easier not to do your exercise, but when people comment on your new flat firm tum, it will be worth it.
You could also follow such tips such as eating a healthy cereal for breakfast. A lot of people don't eat breakfast, but it actually kick starts your metabolism. Also don't eat after 6pm in the evening, and if you have had a big lunch, try just eating cereal for your main meal in the evening. Remember when doing previous readers recommendation of sit-ups, to keep your chin off your chest when sitting up. This only puts pressure on your neck. You should be able to fit your fist between your chin and your neck, and this ensures your stomach muscles are doing the lifting.
Shed the pennies and the pounds will shed themselves.
Atkins works, but read all the warnings first [someone reportedly died in the states from using it] and be aware of the side effects, the big rule seemd to be don't do it too long. Peresonally I think you can't beat a good balanced diet and plenty of excerecise.... burn more coloires than you eat and you'll lose weight

simplest fitness regime? Eat less, move more. That's it. just keep doing that.. oh, and dance at every opportunity, in the lift, at home, publically would probably be best, encourage others; have a bop [steady girls] everytime you hear music, you will soon be fit. Dancing is also enhances metabolism, mood and a zest for life.
During a recent phase of conscientious cholesterol/triglycerides care, I have been slowly but steadily losing weight (cut out eggs and cheese only and got less exercise.....).
the atkins diet, that really does work you lose loads in the first 2 weeks
Herbalife. I lost 2 Stone in 2 months :o)
Its easy to lose 8 or 9 stone in a year. Divorce the wife.
