For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Get some Eucryl toothpowder, they sell it in Wilkinsons and it's really cheap and get a good electric toothbrush and clean your teeth with that, it's fab for removing stains. Brush as normal with toothpaste after though.
If they're stained badly then try making a bit of a paste with the powder and a little water (mix a little toothpaste if it needs thickening) and leave it on the teeth for 5/10 mins before brushing off. If you're got a gum shield or similar this could help with this bit.
