How do i change them back without spending loads?

Do you not own a toothbrush
This happened to me in France- too much cheap wine! I suggest you give them a good clean and maybe try using baking soda. Also pearl drops. Mine faded by the next day!
Get some Eucryl toothpowder, they sell it in Wilkinsons and it's really cheap and get a good electric toothbrush and clean your teeth with that, it's fab for removing stains. Brush as normal with toothpaste after though.

If they're stained badly then try making a bit of a paste with the powder and a little water (mix a little toothpaste if it needs thickening) and leave it on the teeth for 5/10 mins before brushing off. If you're got a gum shield or similar this could help with this bit.

strange sort of red wine that turns your teeth black!!! You must have swilled it round your mouth a lot for this to happen. Solution - stop drinking it or go onto white!!!
