i dont think you have to take them out at night do you. i thought that some people left them in, depends on adhesive doesnt it? and yes i honestly am serious, i have always wanted perfect white teeth and i dont want to have veneers, crowns etc. too much future expense!
May I ask how old you are bubbles?

just turned 40
ewe, no no no!! Dont be hasty! I'm a little younger(not much!) than you, and have lost all but 6 of my bottom teeth due very bad dentist in teens, so now have to wear a plate. Granted, teeth look staight and white, but took weeks of uncontrollable sobbing, mouth ulcers and dry mouth disease to get used to it! Apart from being embarresed, its a pain in the rear having to soak, stick and walk around with a mouthful of cement that tastes like ar*e! Saving very hard for implants! Hungary is 50% cheaper for dentistry work than the UK...why not try a restoration attempt before evicting your teeth completely?? x
