where is heart disease most common?

i would like to know where around the world heart disease is most common. This is for a gcse case study and can't find any solid information. Im guessing America is pretty high up but i would also like to know figures about people living in africa etc.

Do you mean congenital heart disease or heart disease brought on by a person's life style and lack of healthy diet and exercise, if you search for specific types you may get better results.
