Eating eggs often

Are eggs bad for you? At work scrambled eggs on toast is about the only decent thing on the menu, but 'm just a bit concerned that having eggs every day might not be too good for the old cholesterol levels. Any comments would be appreciated, thanks.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.According to Dr Atkins no they're not bad for you - i have yet to get independent confirmation but apparently eggs are high in cholesterol correct, but there are two types of choleywhatsit - i don't have the scientific names but they are referred to as good chol. and bad chol. and eggs are said to be mainly good chol. so no i don't (IMHO) think they are bad for you - as long as you don't eat them fried :-). I'd be more concerned about gaseous emmissions :-))))
