I know you are not a Doc but...

Anyone had these symptoms...
Pins and needles in left hand, which also throbs and quivers. I feel sometimes like I am quivering or buzzing all over, as if I am a car which has been switched on with the engine running, usually at night. This comes and goes. Also I have tinnitus. I am seeing Doc on Thursday but just wondered if anyone else had had anything like this?

I was referred to ENT then to a neurologist then onto a specialist neurologist before many tests and years later getting my diagnosis of Menieres disease even though it is what I suggested it was in the first place and my mum has it as well so have first hand experience of it.
I tmay be something quite simple but these kind of symptoms can relate to all kinds of things so hard as it is it often take patience and tests before a cause, if any, can be found.
It may help your doctor to make a list and keep a diary of when the symptoms occur, when, what sevrity and a description and length of the symptoms.
Any other possible factors which could be useful are family illnesses especially if similar and any possible triggers or contributing factors. The latter may also be able to discount some episodes and give a more realistic picture.
I hope it all goes well for you on Thursday, let us know how you get on xxx
