I'm not sure whether your DLA has been stopped entirely or reduced to a lower level. Either way, one thing you need to do is to put in a new claim (with the help of an adviser), as well as seeing whether it is possible to appeal to a Commissioner from the Tribunal's decision.
The 3rd opinion you are getting could be very helpful for a new claim (depending what the consultant says) but might not be for the claim you have appealed because the decision will have been taken as at the date of the renewal (presumably May/June 06).
