10 mins of sit ups a day = ?

If I did 10 mins of sit ups every day, how long would it be before I would notice a difference? How long before I could just feel it was different and then how long before I started to get a visual 6-pack or something? Thanks.

I am advised that the bump on your tummy - the one that you can't get rid of, is in fact a 'camel's hump' - it's storing excess fat. Try eating fruit every four hours, and cut down the fats and so on. Combine that with thirty sit ups - proper ones, head looking up, elbows out of your sight line (yes it does hurt like hell, no pain no gain and all that!) and you will start to see results. Persevere, and a six-pack could be yours!
