is it true that if u drink alchool and smoke cigarette, better to avoid drinking your own urine? I only smoke one cigarette per day just before i go to bed. I see it as a relaxation or as destress after i put my 3kids to bed. I only drink alcohol very occasionally. But because of these i don't drink my urine although i tried it about 20 years ago and it was the best thing i have done in my life. pls help me to start it again.

if you want to drink it, i don't see that something that you have already taken into your system will make it bad to drink.
