Cheap breast implants...
Cut-price breast implant surgery is being offered in a bid to spare women from dangerous, cheap clinics. The Mybreast scheme promises the best implants from the best surgeons and costs 3,000 less than some London clinics. All surgeons taking part in the scheme are accredited members of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
The scheme sounds a safe bet, offering women a lifetime follow up and has no hidden extra costs. However, are these cut prices just another encouragement for women to slip under the knife or does the Mybreast scheme sound like a way to beat the cowboys that have previously botched women's bodies?

I have little sympathy for people who undergo surgery without thinking about the whole picture, insurance, aftercare, what happens if something goes wrong. I had implants 4 years ago, I researched for a year before the op and chose not to go for the cheapest option as I wanted the best possible after care I could find and peace of mind. My surgery was about 1,000 more than Transform, but I was reassured that I was going to be in safe hands with a surgeon I had researched fully, I was in hospital for 2 days after the surgey, rather than just an in-and-out op, with full medical care 24/7. You only have 1 body, I would stress to anyone thinking about it to really really research it fully.
It will soon be just like popping out to get your eyebrows waxed or get your hair done. I dont agree it should be so cheap. If it is more expensive people will think more carefully before having it done. It is major surgery with lots of risks, and even with the best surgeons can turn out looking really dodgy.
