I think everybody suffers from different types of amnesia, from short term memory loss to long term, forgetting where you've put something to forgetting where you live

Oh yes, it was me taking it wasn't it. Damn memory.

Anyways, I started taking one a day since Friday 12th, then two a day a week later, and today is my target day for giving up (you have to carry on smoking for 11 days to allow the drug to take effect, then quit). I must admit, I haven't shouted at anyone yet. My wife has given up today as well (complete cold turkey) and she is really struggling.

The other thing is I haven't suffered ANY side effects, which was the thing that was worrying me most.
