Surely the "people" it is referring to is everyone who uses Answerbank. Why assume that it is directed at "other" people and not you/us as well?

just wondered... are people's posts/answers banned 'purely' on the amount of 'report this answers'? or are they actually read/assessed by the AB team before a decision is made?

They kind of go into a sinbin until they are looked at. I think it is 3 reports for the same thing and then the answer is gone. I don't think I said anything worse than any of the others though.
