age old joke--- blondes have more fun but brunettes remember it the next morning! in answer to your question, not sure, im brunette and not particularly a party animal but know a few blondes who arent either. someone will have to do an experiment---go out one day with blonde hair, go shopping, for dinner then into town then the next week on the same day go out with brunette hair (possibly a wig or wash in/out dye??) and do all the same stuff n see what its like.
