Hello-probiotic yogart.

just want to say hello to this site. i am dilfs mum and he told me it was a good nice place to share some views and a have a good laff. he said body and sole is the place to be!!
anyhows as a 76 year old northern lass i think i am the oldest on this site so bare with me as this internet thing is quiet confusing for me.
i have a question for me to gets the ball rolling. why is probiotic yogart good for your belly and bowels.

Is it something to do with the good bacteria fighting the bad bacteria in our stomachs. There are lots of scientific names ending in dophilus to support this on some sites and the science bits in adverts like Actimel. Trouble is when the science bit comes on everyone just hears blah blah blah. :o) (or is that just me?)

Hallo dilf's_mum, it is great that you are well again and joining us all on Answerbank.
Keep up the yogurt eating as it is obviously doing you good. Do you make your own yogurt with the EasiYo Bio Life Yogurt Base and Culture packets? ( I bought the kit from Lakeland kitchen shop and make my own yogurt all the time. )

I've got a yogurt making kit too, but I have got around to using it yet. I wonder if I can make a lactose free one for my son as he cant have the ordinary ones?

hello dilfs mum, we had a lesson at uni the other day and were told not to waste money on probiotic drinks etc, as we all ready have enough friendly bacteria in our bowels, so why not spend what you have saved on some chocolate!
