Removing egg from face
19 Answers
Having eaten a large serving of humble-pie due to my antics over the Christmas season, I still appear to have egg all over my face.
Should I just hide away until the egg wears off or should I ignore it and hope everyone else does too?

Dont be harsh on ummmm, she has been very helpful. Besides, we dont always know that we have done wrong til people get arsssy with us!
My daughters b/f (who is much older than her) is still mad at me for getting-off with his younger (and much fitter) brother. It didnt go very far and we both apologised, but quite frankly neither of us thought is was any of his business. My daughter was fine about it. It's over now so apart from saying sorry I dont know what else to do.

Seems to me that this fella is just being over protective of his 'little' brother. If he hasn't accepted your apology, then I should just let time slip by - he'll get over it!
Also, if your daughter has accepted the situation, then I shouldn't worry about it too much. You're probably thinking about it more than anyone else is, so chin up & soldier on!
