*ahem* To get back to missyR's original question - yes there are other sites around which I have been to - some of which are a bit too twee (the sort of site where the conversation centres around whether anyone would like a nice cup of tea, ffs).

missyR - Do you want intelligent and stimulating, chatty, gossipy, on a particular subject or good for a challenging political argument ? Let us know and I am sure the site addresses will be more forthcoming!
