Dilemma

Bit of a non question really.
My daughter lives with her father 150 miles away I have to do two round trips in order to spend time with her - 600 miles. I pay child support but cannot afford to spend more money to keep seeing her. Do I not see her anymore or keep going into debt. At least I will only have another 4 years to pay, she's planning to go to Uni so will have to pay until she is 19. I am not allowed to phone the home phone but her mobile only. Father still owes me 1700 in child support arrears which the csa seem to have done nothing about in the 3 years since she has lived with him.
Help!!!!!!!!!!

The CSA do nothing constructive so you really need to do it yourself.
Thanx for that but if I stop paying the csa they will do a deduction of earnings and take it straight from my wages at scource. Currently I pay by standing order so that I have some control. Unfortunately the csa say it doesn't work that way. They say that my daughter is most important and that the amount he owes cannot be deducted from the amount I pay. I overpaid by 200 but wasn't allowed to have it back in a lump sum as this would have a detrimental effect on my daughter. They deducted 10 from each payment and I have still not received the full amount back yet!
I went to appeal because the first year I had my daughter overnight for 60 nights. Unfortunately I managed to lose all my petrol receipts (not like me at all) and therefore could not prove it. The Chairman decided that I was lying about the amount of nights in order to get a reduction in maintenance. Now my ex is aware of this he will not allow me to have my daughter for more that 50 nights per year.
It is all so complicated. The man is a complete pratt and to be honest I think he is just pi**ed off that I left him, think it's about time he got over it!
At least there is a light at the end of the tunnel, she will be 19 in 3years 7 months.
