Anti-smoking tablets

Is anyone on the new Champix tablets to stop them smoking? Does anyone have any info on them. My mate having funny dreams and not sure if its tablets or lack of nicotine......

I'm not on them but just looked them up as wnting to quit again.

Found some info here which lists a possible side affect as abnormal dreams if that helps.

It;s the Champix winny. One of the side effects is unusual dreams. It should be on the Patient Information Leaflet that comes with the tabs.

but other than the funny dreams, are the tablets working?? I went on the Ziban (excuse spelling) a few years ago which were excellent, but I came out in a nasty rash, my doctor took me off them and I (stupidly) went back to smoking. Anyone else out there got any experience of the Champix tablets???
