losing weight for holiday

im going on holiday in june. and want to lose a dress size, and tone up , my main areas are my stomach and thighs now i was thinking of getting an excercise bike as i already have a stepper!
do u think this will help a lot or do i need to be doing a more intense workout!?

When standing on the platform or bus stop, clench your buttocks together, don't worry no one can see what you're doing. Again a nicely toned butt!

good idea Sam, but if you get bored with that, try the dvd i mentioned. I think her names Vicky Entwistle? You know, Janice from Corrie? It's really good!!! Plus it has a bit on it called belly shrinker that is really good & only about 10 mins so you can do that everyday!
