I've lost about 3 or 4lbs recently. Not intentional mind, but typically I've lost it first and foremost from my boobs! I want them back, so need to put the weight back on over the next week or two.
So.... should I eat bigger quantities of potatoes, wholemeal bread etc.? Or stuff this entire Sara Lee chocolate gateaux into my gob in one sitting?
see thats what I never get, its strange isnt it, when you've lost weight you've lost fat, and lost fat from around your boobs, so why do people moan when they lose this
I know what you mean pa___ul. I used to be skinny as a child and then achieved a perfect size 10 up until the age of about 27, when I suddenly found that I couldn't eat what I want anymore!!
I have to work very hard to sustain my ieal weight and figure as I can easily sway up or down a few pounds. I actually hate losing weight more than I do gaining!! 4lb loss really shows up on me and my friends start to comment.
Plus for some reason if I'm too slim I start getting chatted up by 20 year olds! Hahahahaha!
