Fluid in tubes

I recently went for an ultrasound as Ive been getting really bad pain in my lower back and in my groin area. Some days its really bad especially when I walk alot. The doctor said the lining of my uterus is quite thick and also there is some fluid round my ovaries. ive got to see a gynocologist tomorrow but I dont really know how serious this is or what it means?

i have just been told i have a polyp on the ovaries the size of a mushroom and also i have fluid inside the ovaries, does anyone knoe what is the cause of this and what does it mean?

havnt seen a gaenacologist yet but does any1 know wat it is?
