agrophobia is a fear of open spaces which often means people cant leave the house, dont know what being nervous round people is, could just be shyness which in some cases is a medical condition

But does agoraphobia mean frightened of open places as in scared to be outside rather than indoors - or like scared to be in the middle of a field rather than a built up area? cheers
