I don't think the human brain works in quite the same way as a CPU.
Ghz refers to a CPUs clock rate. At each tick of the clock it can perform an operation and it's used to sync up communictions with other bits.
I'd be suprised if a direct analogy can be drawn with the internal workings of the brain.
If your wondering which can work at a faster speed the CPU easily wins.

At the moment it is impossible to make a Computer that can do what the Brain can do.
i dont kno about the speed of the brain but i kno the brain has 4000 GBs (4 terabytes) of memory
