Vitamin B complex tablets. Bit of a rude question!!

I have been taking these capsules for about a week now. But I have found that I am burping a lot, which I don't normally do and also my wee has turned bright yellow. Is this normal, does anyone know, please?

do you take on an empty stomach or with a meal?

charcoal tablets will help the wind, and i have vits that turn wee yellow too so i don't think its a problem, unless its dark yellow whicvh would indicate dehydration

Thanks for your answers. Joko, I take them immediately after my lunch. I was advised to take them early in the day as apparently they can keep you awake if you take them at night.

i had the same thing when i went on vitamin b tablets my wee was so bright yellow i just stopped taking them
