anyone lese feel that we are energing from a really long dark winter ? It is great to actually go to work in daylight and leave whilst it is reasonably light, does that make you feel brighter? it does me good to see the sun lol

It's still bitterly cold and the rain doesn't seem to have let up for so long but it's great to see the little spring flowers popping up. It's a sign of good things to come. Roll on the summer !

I prefer to go into work at 7am when it's dark, and emerge at 7pm when it's still dark, as it makes me feel that I've earned my bread. Coming out in daylight, I do not prefer it. Give me the winter.

ahhhh but in a few months when it is light at 5am and only going dark at 9pm I bet you thank the Lord for the glories of the day Theland !

Dot, i have the biggest bunch of daffs that my Mum bought me in a vase in my dining room and i cant tell you how much they cheer me up! Spring has sprung, now roll on the summer! I do think this is the nicest time of year though, out of the gloom and into brighter days and lighter nights!!!!!

Oh how i envy you the delight of a bunch of daffs off of your Mum Julie! Got me choked up thinkin of the dozens of bunches my mum would bring to mine!

I hate winter! It gets dark at the back of 3 in the afternoon in the middle of winter up here and you need to get up in the dark too! Hate it with a passion! It's been a wet wild and warm dark winter. Not a cold one by any stretch of the imagination.
