Spare Tyre
2 Answers
I'm 47, menopausal and a bit overweight, which I am controlling quite well and have already lost a stone through healthier eating. I cannot shift my recently-acquired spare tyre despite walking every day and generally keeping fit. It is not in proportion with the rest of my body as my 'other bits' are quite tidy now. I have a bit of a bad back so crunches are out of the question. Do you know of a machine or aid that would help me. I have tried a roller wheel which made no difference. Thank you.

i would maybe see your doctor first though as it may be that you could get something to help.
also dont forget that when you exercise you go through what i call a block stage where nothing seems to be coming off. maybe try and extra 5/10 minutes of walking it might help move it again.
