I think the answer to that is in your question Redbel. Chat. There seems to be people on AB that just can't bear a bit of friendly banter and report it because they want AB to be strictly questions and answers.

I don't understand why, if they dislike the chatty threads so much, they don't just ignore them. There are plenty of people that do like them and there is room for everyone of all tastes and opinions on AB surely?
