I dont think Adios is a bad idea, but I doubt very much if it makes much difference. It is tempting to want to lose weight quickly but it is not a good idea as you will probably put it back on and may get stretch marks. Swimming is great for toning up and also improves your fitness, do you have a pool near you? How about getting an exercise bike or something along those lines? They dont have to cost much. I have a spare stepper but you would have to come and get it lol :)
Ps well done with improving your diet, it sounds like you are doing it sensibly rather than crash dieting. Thats the best way that will work in the long run. Any tips?? lol Im off for a chunky Kit Kat now...
