I too found the site by accident about a year ago. I find it really useful at times, and ABers were really kind last year when my dear Dad died. There are some idiots on here - we know who they are, but it doesnt bother me. I ignore their posts and never get into a slanging match - i wouldnt waste my time on them.

I first joined in 1942! The site, at that time, was a little basic: we had tight pieces of string and tin cans on either end. we would converse amongst us with numerous strings crossing one another, and if anyone said anything to make another person cross we would just cut their string. Jolly good time we had........uuummph!
