Chemical Straightening
I was thinking about using one of those chemical hair straightening kits that can now be bought in the shops (i.e. in boots) How easy are they to screw up? I don't want to wreck my hair either, so does it really dry it out or anything? My hair is kinda blondey brown, quite thick and wavy, expecially when it drys naturally.

If you are going to go through with it, go to a hair dressers! I wanted it done for ages and was told to try GHD straighteners first. Never did get it done!
I know that it is a hassle straightneing your hair or having to go and do it, but these kits contain some bad stuff for your hair, i would definatley go to your hairdresser first and ask their advice.
